UI Customization¶
Overview¶
iPassion AI Portal allows administrators to customize the application's appearance to match the organization's Corporate Identity (CI). All branding settings are configured through Admin Panel > Settings > Branding.
Application Name¶
Set the display name shown in the browser tab, header, and login page. For example, "AI Portal" or your organization's preferred name.
Logo¶
Upload custom logos for:

| Light | Logo displayed in light mode |
| Dark | Logo displayed in dark mode |
| Favicon | Browser tab icon |
Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, SVG, ICO (max 2 MB).
Brand Colour¶
Customize the color scheme to align with your organization's CI. Available color settings:

| Primary color | Main accent color used for buttons, links, and highlights |
| Primary color (hover) | Color shown when hovering over primary elements |
| Secondary color | Supporting color for UI elements |
| Text on primary color | Text color displayed on primary-colored backgrounds |
| Menu highlight color | Color for the active/selected menu item |
| Link color | Color for clickable links |
| Title bar accent | Accent line color at the top of the interface |
You can set colors using:
- Auto-Generate — The system generates a harmonious palette from a single base color
- Manual — Enter specific hex color codes (e.g.,
#2563EB) for each setting
Live Preview¶
The Branding page includes a Preview panel on the right side, showing how your changes will look in:
- Light mode dashboard
- Dark mode dashboard
- Mobile view
This allows you to verify the result before saving.
Resetting¶
Click Reset to Defaults at the bottom of the page to revert all branding settings to the system defaults.
Note
UI customization changes apply immediately to all users after saving. No restart is required.
