The sign-in page

Important

The first account created on a fresh installation automatically receives Admin privileges. Make sure the intended administrator creates their account first.

Steps

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge recommended).
  2. Navigate to the iPassion AI Portal URL provided by your system administrator.
  3. On the sign-in page, click Sign up to create your account (or Sign in if an account has already been created for you).
  4. Enter your Name, Email, and Password, then submit.
  5. You will be signed in and taken to the main chat interface.

Note

  • After the first admin account is created, subsequent registrations default to Pending status until approved by an Admin (configurable).
  • If you are signing in to an existing deployment, enter your Email and Password and click Sign in.
  • If you forgot your password, contact your system administrator for a reset.
